What is meant by Hindu country?

I haven't seen the context in which it was used, but it probably means a country where Hinduism is the dominant religion. India, for example, could be described as a Hindu country: yes, there are people of other religions living there, but the majority faith in India is Hinduism.By Hindu country we mean that a country lived and administered by Hindus. For example Nepal was a Hindu country till the time of King dynasty.
