It is not. Incest increases the risk of birth defects and abortion is safer than birth. In terms of medical care, abortion for a pregnancy caused by incest is the best option available.

Only extreme anti-abortionists (pro-life) would advise against abortion in such a case. They would also advise against abortion for a daughter raped by her father. Their views are based on religion, not medical science.

Personal Views

This is a very contraversial area/subject. This is considered a "bad" thing by individuals that are against abortion, that believe in incest, and that are just not in the position that someone with this problem is in. Everyone has their own beliefs and judgments and individuals are ridiculed everyday for not believing in the others beliefs. Close minded.
I would suggest that the best thing a person can do in this position is do what is best for them and follow what they themselves believe in.
ANSWER: In a general sense, any abortion is bad....regardless of how you feel about it as an individual. Going deeper then your question, incest is bad on many levels and you really shouldn't even be reaching the point of needing/wanting an abortion because of incest.
