I have heard that the average weight gain you can get off of creatine in one month is around 10-15 pounds. The highest i have ever heard of was 20 pounds but the guy was huge to start with.
Impossible for permanent growth, it is however possible to gain 20 to 30 pounds of muscle in a month. However if you ate a lot of high calorie dense foods and water you could probably gain 3-5 pounds of fat in a day, although I recommend it.
