Our Pakistani economy has a high illliteracy rate so people more go for news on television than other sources which might be more reliable. The telivision people take advantage of it and pretend as if they are portraying our society but in fact that is not the truth. Viewers believing that certain thing happen in our society start adopting those action and this is actually how our economy transforms and take the shape that the media is portraying. the same thing happens in news after a news is tranmitted people start believing in it without being sure whether the news is authentic or not. News being more opinionated that informative transforms the opinions of the society as a whole regarding the issue.
