The Bible is unlike any other book known to man. It reveals the coming events, initially to the House of Israel predominantly, but latter affecting all mankind. This book is about 28% Prophecy, most of which remains unfulfilled or future events. The opening chapter and verses explain what the Book of Revelations is all about like the closing verses of the Book of Daniel.

You may find prophecy in nearly all the Books of the Prophets as well as, Genesis and the NT Writings. Most of the time, prophect is 'dual' in nature in that it is for a 'near present' event but also a future event usually noted as the last days or that Great Day of the Lord.
