How is understanding gods wrath related to gods grace?

God loves you no matter what you've done, no matter who you are, no matter what.
God loves EVERYONE!
But because we are sinful , God has to punish us.(sinful means we do stuff wrong like lying, telling "white" lies, stealing, murder, cheating on tests, bashing our brother or sister, hating other people, etc. - everyone is sinful)
To help you understand this concept, imagine a little kid whom you absolutely adore, running into the kitchen and pinching one of your choc-chip cookies. If you don't punish him/her with a quick tap on the rear end, they will do it again and again and they will never learn not to steal. You would not help the kid by not punishing him.
So, God loves us, but he must also punish us because he is perfect.
And yes, Heaven and Hell are real.
