∙ 15y agoWheat is a grain and was and still is used to make cereals, bread, cakes,baked item etc. Wheat kernels will keep for a very long time if packaged properly in a sealed container. You most likely eat wheat yourself everyday, maybe you had Cheerios for breakfast today.
