If you know your spouse is cheating then I would say you should not trust them and frankly nor should you still be with them. Cheating is beyond just being jealous. You should not put up with that.

If you're not sure don't confront or obsess, this wil only push them away. Think about why you think he is having an affair and go from there.

I'd say, if you just suspect that he is cheating go in for a little more information. Don't show your jealous or untrusting because that would shut all your windows for any way to find out the truth. But if it does become true and you do stay together, make them work hardddddddd for your trust again. Don't give it back so easily. :P
