Fabricated means to invent something for a bad reason. I don't think fabricated would be the best word to describe a LEPrecon. After all, they are fairies: They are born, not "invented." And they aren't there for a bad reason. Actually, they're there to help make the lower elements by breaking down on crime and similar things.
