depends on your body. most people will get technical and say "36 hour half life; blah blah." but actually if you've been on suboxone for awhile it could take up to 4-5 days(i know from experience). if you only took it once or twice than you should be ok after 24 hours. subutex will also block regular opiates because the buprenorphine has the highest affinity rate of ALL opioids. nalaxone isn't even the main reason you cant get high on suboxone; when suboxone is taken sublingually the bioavailability of nalaxone is almost nill. happy poppin' friends.
Hydrocodone has a halflife of 3.6-6hours.
You can do after say 3 halflives if you need it, but if youre using these for actual pain rather than recreationally you should seek other drug types than opioids if youre going to be on them for a long time, tricyclic antidepressants are good for that.
So anyway, say, 10.8-18hours after your last hydrocodone dose.
I have been taking less that 8mg suboxone daily this morning I took two 7.5 but hydrocodone still have a headache and sick due to sinus infection, can I take 1/4 th strip of suboxone now and not be sick ( withdrawls)
the next day
I was previously prescribed suboxone and therefor recognize it has a drug called naloxone in it which is a narcotic antagonist or drug that mixed with opiates such as hydrocodone which is in the norco pill and can cause immediate withdrawal effect.
At least 2-3 days
No
Please take it as soon as your doctor says/allows.
Can I take doxycycline while I am on suboxone
yes
No so long as you tell them an take it like you Should
you can take it but won't feel the affects of the hydrocodone, you'll have to wait for the subutex to clear your system
Yes. There are no known drug interactions when taking suboxone with prednisone.
Wait atleast 60 hours or you will get sick....
