Puppies open their eyes somewhere between 11 to 19 days
More info:When pups' eyes first open, they're extremely nearsighted. Their vision will be blurry and limited to what's right in front of them for a couple of days, and their eyes will probably have a cloudy appearance. That's normal.Over the next couple of days the cloudiness should clear up and they'll start to focus on more distant objects, but won't yet be able to "track," or keep up with rapid motion.
There's no hard-and-fast rule, and every pup is different, but their sight probably won't be completely "up to speed" until their eyes have been open for a couple of weeks, at least. They can see in the meantime; just not very well.
A puppys eyes will open within 2 weeks after birth, a few days after that the puppy can see things clearly.
