Can you eat chicken that was cooked and frozen but defrosted and left out on the counter all night?

If where it was left out is as cold as a refrigerator, it would be OK. Otherwise, you will have to figure that out for yourself. The chicken has been mishandled and should not have been left out at room temperature. We don't know what temperature various parts of the chicken reached - or for how long.

How long can you keep frozen thawed cooked chick in the refrigerator?

Im quite fussy when it comes to eating poultry and I would say that 3 days is long enough to keep cooked chicken in the freezer once it has been opened anyway. It is the same if you take an uncooked chicken out the freezer and cook it then you can keep the left over chicken in the freezer for a maximum of three days. You have to be really careful with poultry as bacteria grows on it really fast and it is also better to defrost chicken in the fridge rather than at room temperature which was unknown to me until I completed a food hygiene course and they said that room temp is the best temp for bacteria to grow!!

Can you eat chicken that has been frozen two times?

It is not safe to consume chicken which has been allowed to reach room temperature and then refrozen. This is often the cause of food poisoning. Once a food has reached room temperature it should be thoroughly cooked and then eaten or allowed to cool and then stored in a refridgerator.

Can dressing sit at room temp for 2 or 3 hours before its cooked?

I would not let it sit that long, not over about 30 minutes because of the chicken broth and usually eggs that are in dressing. I would mix it and keep it in the fridge until time to bake.

Can you refreeze chicken thats been thawed in water?

It isn't generally safe to refreeze raw food. This is especially true for chicken, which is contaminated with salmonella at scary-high rates. If the chicken has thawed, it isn't generally safe to refreeze it and eat it later. This is especially true if it is thawed in room-temperature water rather than being thawed in the refrigerator. Once thawed, the chicken should be cooked fairly quickly. Once cooked, it can then be frozen for later consumption.
