Found this on the USDA food safety site. Marinating
Chicken may be marinated in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Boil used marinade before brushing on cooked chicken. Discard any uncooked leftover marinade.
Plan for the meat to bad as quickly as it would without the marinade. This varies depending on the type of meat, but shouldn't exceed a few days.
While some marinades, particularly those containing alcohol, may help meat last longer in the refrigerator you should notexpect it. Also a flavorful marinade may make it more difficult to detect rotten meat, so be conservative!
You can use pineapples and sugar, in a skillet, and let it simmer until the sugar is partially mixed with the pineapples, making it a little thick, the pineapples should be almost floating in the mix(depending on how thick you want it to be, add or take away some of the pineapple), and then let it simmer, it should be a brownish color. You can either let it cool, or you can just put the lamb chops in the pineapple mix and cook them, in the same skillet!
P.S it's pineapple chunks. The kind that comes in a can:)
Raw turkey should only be held in the fridge for a day, perhaps two. I would think the same consideration would be true for marinating turkey.
Meat can be unrefrigerated for no longer than 2 hours, or - if the ambient temperature is quite warm - no more than an hour. Less time is better.
one or two days
forever
Red meat: 5 days, white meat: 3
4-7 days
Smoked meat can stay longer than fresh meat outside a refrigerator. Smoked meat can go for up to 4 days if it is well stored.
It is safe to keep cooked turkey meatloaf out of the refrigerator for a short period of time. It shouldn't stay out longer than an hour.
Unless the meat is labeled that it does not require refrigeration, it should not be left out for more than two hours.
Rule of thumb is generally 48 hours in the refrigerator. It does not take more than 8 hours to properly marinate, but anything over 48 hours is too long. After 48 hours, the salt in the marination will toughen the meat and reverse the process of meat tenderatization. This assumes you are using a non-sealed bag for marinating. If you are using a vacuum sealed container where the meat is pre-marinated, you need to check the package for an expiration date.
Meat is marinated in wine to give it flavour. It all so bring out more flavour. When the alchohol is poured on the meat into the fry pan the flavour stay with the meat but the actual alchohol content is cooked away.
2 days.
its a question not an answer
The USDA says to throw it out after 2 months in the refrigerator
Until you cook them, which should be within a few days of purchase. After that, leftovers should be stored above any raw meat.
