I've kept them for as long as a week and they were still good. After that they get pretty mushy but they weren't spoiled.

well technicaly you could keep sliced lemons in the refrigiretor for about 7.54 hours but the density of the omega 3 fatty acid containing the citrus of the lime is in limit.
