4 years
On average, 4 to 5 years is fairly common. One thing to remember is that when you buy your betta fish, particularly the males (with the pretty fins), they are usually about 2 years old already when you buy them.
The average life span for a beta fish to live is 1-2 years. Or in some cases it can live from 5 to 10 years!
for a year or more depending how to take care of them
Betteanne not long-lived fish. The fish that are sold to you by specialist breeders are usually around three months old. This is old enough to judge the future quality of their coloration and Finnegan, and they reach sexual maturity at around this age. Breeding's from younger fish often produce better fry. Males sold in pet stores are usually around six to nine months old and females around three or four months (note that some 'females' are young placket males that have not developed their full Finnegan). The lifespan of a Betta is between two and three years, so if your Betta dies and you have had it for around a year, it probably just died of old age. Some betas have lived to be more than five, but this is uncommon but its length between 2.5-3inches (7cms)

The average life span of a betta fish is 3-5 years with optimum care. Most people who keep their betta in a small, unfiltered bowl can expect something closer to two to three years; if you give him a large tank that's heated and gently filtered with lots of places to swim and hide you will have a happier, healthier betta.
betta fish can live for 3 to 2 years or even more if healthy.
Pet store bettas average two years, but with good care it can be up to five.
A 3 year old male Betta is a very old fish. Most die at around 30 months or so.
The average betta fish lives for about 2-3 years.
Maximum: 4-5 years.
Sorry, type in: how do betta fish live?
Betta fish do live by themselves, as int hey don't travel in groups. But more then one betta inhabits a space. They live in mile long rice paddies.
Yes,they don't live very long
their life spawn is 2 years
Yes they would be fine (if they are plants that are ment to live underwater) for the betta splenden aka Siamese fighter fish (assuming that is the betta you are refering to) as it is a tropical fish
sure!i bet lots of peeps there have betta fish!
Betta fish are not terribly sensitive to pH. A pH between 5.5 and 8.5 would probably cause no problems.
up to 4 months
A betta fish is anywhere from 1 to 2 inches.
A Long life for a Betta is around 30 months.
Betta fish can be from 2 to 4 inches long when fully grown.
Bettas are dumb as rocks. If you put another betta, any other anabantid like a gourami, or any long-finned fish in with a betta, the betta will fight it because he will think it's another betta. If you put a short-finned fish in with your betta, they'll live together peacefully.
