Commercially prepared baked beans should keep for at least a week after opening, if stored in a refrigerator, in a sealed non-metallic container. I've frequently kept them for 10 days without any problems.

∙ 12y agoit usually only stays fresh for a day, so try to use it overnight or on during the 24 hours in which it has been opened and exposed to air. however, it mostly depends on which baked beans you're using, and it could also help if you read the back of the can, it usually tends to say how long it can stay fresh after it has been opened.
