We've got tofu from the end of March. It's firm and has been in the back of our fridge since then. I just opened a package and it smells and tastes fine...we're going to go for it and cook it tonight. Has anyone else gone so far past the expiration date?

Veggies are good for 5 - 7 days usually if refrigerated...
Don't eat it when it looks bad.
