It really depends on dozens of small variables. Diet and exercise are the most key. A stricter diet and more intense exercsie will lead to weight loss faster (possibly within a week or so) while less strict diets and less exercsie will lead to slower weight loss. The type of food matters, too. Healthy foods will lead to a more rapid weight loss that unhealthy foods, such as those high in fat, sugars, or fast food.
