How long do water pumps last?

[Edit]

Answer

100,000 mile or more.

Answer

A water pump life expectancy varies. if maintained 110k or more. Abused (i.e. low coolant/ overheating) pumps much less.

If there's water dripping from pump's weep hole, or you notice a puddle of water under your parked car below the <engine>, its time to replace pump.
