It depends on:
1) Oven temperature
2) Types of noodles (you can used cooked noodles or put them in dry and let them absorb moisture and cook in the ingredients)
3) Amounts and type of ingredients.
On average, an hour at 350 is usually in the ballpark.
If you take it directly from the freezer, it takes about 2 hours at 350°F (give or take some time depending on the depth of your dish). Make sure you cover it with foil up until the last 15 minutes or so so it doesn't dry out.
The cooking time on frozen lasagna varies, depending on how thick the lasagna is and what kind of oven you have. A basic lasagna typically has approximately 4 layers of noodles, cheeses, and sauce. So, based on that figure, it would take approximately 1 hour at 350 F in a convection oven. In a regular, conventional oven, it would take approximately 1 hour and 15-20 minutes in a preheated 350 oven. It will cook faster, in either oven, if you wrap it for the first half of the cooking time with aluminum foil (if you do this, either use the foil that will not stick to food, or coat your regular sheet of foil with pan release/spray so the cheese will not stick). The foil will help hold in steam, allowing the lasagna to cook faster. Halfway through cooking, carefully remove the foil, and this will allow the cheeses on top to brown. Of course, all of this is APPROXIMATE, depending on your oven, etc.
Also, it would depend on whether you thawed the lasagne before cooking it. If you did the times above are right. If not, you should put it in a lower temperature for a long time and check the center to test for doneness. If you put a knife in the middle for a few seconds and remove it, if the knife is hot to the touch the lasagne is probably done. Also it should the bubbly around the edges.
The duration that will be taken to bake frozen lasagna depends with the temperature use. If a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit is used it will take 1 hour 30 minutes to bake frozen lasagna.

Hour
I never defrost my lasagne before cooking. Depending on size l heat mine for around 30-35 mins from frozen
Chocolate no bake cookies tend to crumble if frozen then defrosted.
As the frozen cupcakes will require extra time to defrost, the unfrozen cupcakes will bake faster.
Yes. You can bake it at any temperature you wish
Till it needs to be used again, or gets frost bitten.
if the recipe states 350 degrees that is what you do, higher would burn it
It should be ready in 40 to 45 minutes... depending on which heat you bake it.
Depends on the frozen item. Some foods like a TV dinner take about 30 minutes while a thicker dish would take longer.
I think 350.
