If you are cooking it with the skin on, and desire a crisp skin, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F. After that, the inside will still be edible, but the outside will be tough and possibly starting to burn. If you are cooking (baking) it in oil or dripping, it should only take about an hour
