At least one hour. It depends on how thick you form the loaf. If you put it in a tall pan so that it's very thick it will take longer. If you make it wider and thinner it will take less time. Check the termperature. It should reach 160 in the middle.

An hour at 375 should be sufficient, but you can go up to an hour and twenty minutes if you prefer it on the more done side. It is good to add lots of lightly cooked fresh veggies(onions, carrots, zucchini, peppers, corn, spinach) to keep your meatloaf moist. Top it with some katsup, worchestershire, chili flake and balsamic about thirty minutes before its done and your set. Enjoy!!

A 2.5 pound meatloaf should be cooked for approximately 1.5 hours in a preheated 350 degree oven. Cook until the inside of the meatloaf is 170 degrees or until the juices are no longer pink or red.

1 Hour 45 minutes.use a meat thermometer if you want it well done. However baking any longer will dry it out.

It also depends on the shape of the meat loaf,if you're going to mold it into a longer than higher shape, shorten the time.
