In the state of Georgia, as in the other 49 states, you cannot return a vehicle once a contract has been signed for purchase. There's no 3-day cancellation law or anything like that. It is assumed by the law that you, as a capable adult, entered knowingly and willingly into the contract. Therefore, you are legally bound by its terms.
You may be able to work out something with the dealer, but they are under no obligation to work around the contract.
