There is no reason that you cannot fly after having breast implants. As long as you are recovered from the anesthesia and feel strong enough to travel then you should be fine. The implants can tolerate the change in pressure.
Your surgeon should answer this question. When my wife had implants done, she went 7 days with support. Her doctor stated that it is different for each patient.
