Good question............you have to wear them for at least 1-2 weeks. Some orhodontics want you to wear it longer depending on your teeth. I wore spacers for 2 weeks.......I was so afraid of the spacers falling out when i ate.it feels kinda weird when you bite down.i hope this helped!!!!
