If it's been refridgerated, I would feel confident using it for 7 days after the "best by" date on the can. Or just taste a tiny bit - you'll be able to tell right away if it's "off."
Additional information
As with any dairy product, ReddiWip should not be unrefrigerated for any length of time. If outside temperatures are high or the trip home from the grocery will take more than 15 or 20 minutes, bring a cooler with you to the store. Time and temperature are the enemy.
