It really depends on how long you've been taking it. If you took it once or only for a couple of days, you should be clean after 48-72 hours. To be safe, I'd say 72. However, if you've been taking them for years or months, it will take awhile longer. My mother was on them for 3 years and I think it took about two weeks. Give or take a few days.
