This answer depends on the patients anatomy. A short case would be in the neighborhood of 45-60mins. However I have been in case that lasted 4-5 hours. Really depends on how tortuous the patients vessels are.

I am not a Doctor. I am a patient.

Give about 3 days of taking it easy. Do not lift anything over 10 pounds for about week. Light exercise should be fine after a week. regular exercise after 2 weeks.

You can go to work in just a couple of days after the procedure. That is if you have a desk job.

If you have pain in your chest call the doctor. If you have bleeding from your groin area call the doctor.

Barring any complications, basic recovery from the stent procedure is almost immediate; however, if the procedure is performed via the groin, you should not lift heavily for 4 to 6 weeks. Recovery is usually lots quicker if the procedure is done through the wrist.
