This can depend on where you purchased them from, and whether you followed the directions as listed exactly such as when to add each packet and the water temperature; it can take several days

There could be several reasons. Either one or all of the following could be responsible. Wrong temperature, wrong salt content, wrong type of salt, unviable cysts (eggs).

It generally takes 24-48 hours for them to hatch if conditions are right.

Sea monkeys are actually a species of brine shrimp. They do not get pregnant they produce things called cysts that behave like eggs and eventually turn into tiny baby brine shrimp.
