well it matters what age, if you neuter your dog at a young age any "male" behaviors will be stopped before they are learnt. But if your dog has been entire till lets sa…y 7 years of age then the behaviors will most likely be the same as they have already learnt these behaviors. If you dont want your dog neutered training is the best option, even after getting your entire male neutered training to erase any bad behavior is the best option.
Yes, after a dog is neutered they will calm down. By neutering your dog, you are eliminating some of the mood swings that they would have otherwise had because of hormones. Th…is will even out their temperament and they will be a lot easier to handle. No NT really i jst recently tuk ma dog 2get nuetered n seems 2me like he gt worst. (aggressive, anoying, misbehaved))
there are many reasons your dog can be exited; to keep your dog from shaking water of it's coat, you can hold it's muzzle; to keep a dog calm during a thunderstorm, just rub a… dryer sheet on it's fur. it's all very simple.
In my experence, (9 dogs, 8 altered) it takes anywhere from 3 days to 1.5 weeks
Walk with him/her or play with him/her. If this does not work try giving him/her treats or food to calm them down. Or it might just be a puppy thing. If your dog gets to be at… least 5 years old and still that same hyper puppy check the question "What do you do when a dog's too hyper?". I have an answer with some more tips and tricks on how to calm down your dog.
Take your dog on daily walks on a 6 foot lead and choke chain. Measure your dog's neck and add 2 inches for the correct size of the choke chain. Go to an obedience class with …your dog, is important for your dog & you too. You can find obedience classes in your area normally in your local dog club or in the paper or ask your Veterinarian or the local animal shelter where one is. But do take your dog for daily walks starting out at around 20 minutes a day working up to 45 minutes a day. Do a brisk walk, not a slow walk but always have your dog under control. This will help to calm your dog down. Join your local dog club and learn about Agility. Where they do jumps, weave through poles, go through long tunnels, and you are right at your dog's side urging him or her on. It is a lot of fun but you first have to learn how to do it properly. You can get titles on your dog with Agility or Obedience too. The daily walks will be good for both you and your dog. Never off lead though.
Give it food or water or treats. If that does not work, let it outside.Or,play with it til it gets tired.
well it depends on the fight you two had but the best thing to do is not to bring it up and just sit it out
I was watching " It's me or the dog" on the telly, and I have learnt a useful technique to make your dog relaxed! What you do is, with your fingers, slowly and camly draw a ci…rcle in the dogs chest (around the scruffy part where the dogs hair is all scrumpled together) this should make them calm down.
To make a dog calm down just hold him down gently and say calm down If that don't work then put the dog in the back yard to calm him down
try to separate them trust and believe it works
Sometimes you can give him treats or pet him continuously but there's really not a lot of things you can do to calm a dog down for grooming. The best thing you can do is to ke…ep taking him over and over again. Eventually the dog will get used to it and won't even give a thought when he gets groomed. He may even be excited. It just takes time. That has worked on all the dogs I've trained with.
Call your vet and he/she will give you some medcine to give your dog before you go on your trip.
I don't think they ever do cam down.
