24-48 hrs if taken once
On average it will take 4 to 6 hours for suboxone to show up on a urine drug screen. Factors that may alter this are body weight, fluid intake, and a person's metabolism.
SUBOXONE will NOT show up in a regular blood test for opiates.
It requires a suboxone specific test. It is completely synthetic so the usual drug test do not test for it or are capable of detecting it.
how long does suboxone
stay in a urine test
Metabolites can probably be detected anywhere from three days to ten days.

how long will be in urine
The half life (time it takes for the drug to be half way out of your body) is between 20 & 70 Hours. (Buprenorphine)****but it can be detected in your urine at least 6 days from your last suboxone dosage and up to 14 days. the metabolite (what your liver breaks down of suboxone called "norbuprenorphine" has a very long half-life. i know from experience i was taking 8mg a day for months and then i did not take it for 10 straight days and still came up Positive in my urine drug screen. *** BUT > "suboxone has to be specially ordered to be tested for as it is not tested in regular simple drug screens. and it does not come up as an Opiate".*** My Suboxone Doctor Has To Give Me A Script saying (Order Urine lab drug screen And Test For Buprenorphine)
Most chemical drugs are out of your bloodstream and urine in 3-4 days.
2 days 3 tops!
not sure about blood, but urine is 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on how much and how often you smoke.
Put it in your mouth and swallow. The test is not looking for suboxone. It's looking for the metabolites of it, which are produced when you take the drug and it processes through your liver. But I need to know: Why do you want to come back positive on a drug test?
7 days for urine
You should be able to pass a standard urine drug test within about a week.
24hrs.
Suboxone does not show up on a Urine test unless they specifically look for suboxone in your urine and the only reason they would do that is if they suspect that you are on something or used to be on something and even in most cases unless your going to be a cop or work for the FBI. they don't look for it. Suboxone fills only 2 out of the three receptors in your brains opiate receptors which are enough to keep you out of withdraw and take most of the cravings away and not be dected on a urine test, if you where to get tested for suboxone which i never heard of depeneds on how long you have been taking it, short term like a week or so , it would be out of your system no less than 48 hours with a half life of 24hrs. longer than a months your looking at 72hours unfortuantly. My fiance is a pharmicist and i read this information out of this special program that only pharmisicts and doctors use.So unless here program is wrong, which is doubtful that's your answer
