It depends on the severity, a mild one could heal as fast as 24 hours, while a bad one could take up to 2 weeks. Sun exposure to the burn also affects healing time. But they will stop hurting log before that, usually in 3-4 days

Depending on the severity of the sunburn the redness and pain usually begin to fade after about 48 to 72 hours. Itching and peeling may last for a few days up to a couple of weeks.

It depends completely on the severity of the burn. It could be a few days, or up to a few weeks. Until then, put aloe on the blisters and try not to move the burned area.

Is it safe to get go to the pool after being sunburn?

if you already have a sunburn, then adding sunscreen is like checking on your burgers after their already burnt! I wouldn't recommend being out in the sun too long, if you have a sunburn, i suggest placing REAL aloe vera plants on the sunburn area and leave it there for about 30 min and then switch it out with a new one, aloe vera takes the heat right out of your sunburn...
