When using a conventional oven, the baking times do not change whether you are baking one sweet potato or a dozen sweet potatoes. The baking times only change when you put additional items into a microwave oven.

You don't. They are already cooked in that can before it is sold on the shelf. You are supposed to heat them up.
You can, however, heat them up in an oven. Though, it is not the same as if you were to bake the potato yourself.
