It would take about 3-4 hours to cool down and 24 hours to stabilize.
It is also faster if you don't turn up the temperature to max because that would only block air flow to the fridge from the freezer until the freezer gets the right temperature.

∙ 9y agoIf the two units are essentially the same it is just a few minutes. Basically as long as it takes to unplug and remove the old one and replace and plug in the new one. With a professional team, it should be less than 15 minutes. If there is an ice maker it will take a few minutes longer. And you should allow some time to clean out the spot it sits on, as it will be dirty and have lots of little things on the floor.
