it depends if it is rupshered or lacerated. personaly for me it took me 2 months for it to heal completely. if its rupshered probely a lot longer. and it depends on how bad u lacerated. u could get stitches if it is a bigger cut and u would be out for like 4 or 5 months. i did not luckely. hope this helped and hope u get better if u have a lasherated spleen or rupshered.
