All women are different. If you are under 30, give it a year. If you are over 30, give it six months. If you aren't pregnant by then, go see your ob/gyn. And you should also have an exam by and ob/gyn before trying to conceive. Hope this helps.
I was off birth control for only three weeks and became pregnant. I've been taking the pill for 11 years. I didn't think this was possible, but it is.
I was on Birth Control for over 15 years and became pregnant within 2 weeks, we thought it would take about six months is what we were planning for, yep nope.
I was on birth control for around 9 years and it took my husband and me 8 months to get pregnant, trying the natural way. We did not do any of that fancy stuff like calculate ovulation or basal temps or whatever. We just let it happen when it happened.
Answer i was on the pill for 5 years and it took 2 years for me to fall pregnant. it all depends on each individual but it can sometimes take a long time.

Hey girls.
I know what its like not having a period! I am 17 years old and lost my virginity at 13. Honistly Ive been on the depo (jab) and the pill off and on. 5 months ago i decided to stop everything completely because i want a baby and I've meet the guy for me. The day after i stopped the pill i got my period. The Next month i got my normal period but haven't got it ever since. Ive always been a not so regular period person but i thought it had become regular again but i was wrong. Ive been to the doctors and they have said that it could be stress, diet change and so on but i seem normal and Ive got nothing to be stressed about. Its been about 4 months that me and my partner have been trying for a baby. The doctors have giving me folic acid just in-case i get pregnant but whats the chance in that! I need help and i want answers but the doctors ain't giving them and i don't have the money to get tests done.. What do i do ?? :( i want a positive pregnantcy test.
