A hell lot of time from what I see!! been 3 months off a minimal dose and still can't lose weight!!! the GM diet?? strictly followed and the needle on my scale would not even move !! this sucks!
First of all you shouldn't even be taking steroids they are making your body worse then actually making it better.Once you stop you might lose the weight it just depends on certain people. But if I was you I would stop, unless your doctor prescribe them to you.
-----------------
First of all. it is not about a person abusing steroids or even taking them in general. I receive steroid injections once a month. There are those people out there that receive cortical steroid injections and are not "juicing".... so before you chastise someone.... get your facts straight and stop telling people what to do... If you do not have a positive and helpful answer.
In order to answer the person original question. After a certain period of time you should start to drop the weight, but eating healthy is a huge part of and drinking lots of water and the other part (which was the hardest for me) is exercise. Those of us that get injections, do so for a reason....pain. As always, consult with your doctor before changing your diet or exercising
Why would you want too? That's totally backwards to the reason you take steroids. You loose weight the same way when you don't take them. Not eating enough
any steroid will do
Unfortunately, most people cannot return to their previous weight after taking steroid injections.
Stop eating!
You lose weight when you burn more calories than you ingest. If the birth control pills are forcing you to overeat and underexercise, you might lose weight if you stop taking them. You could also try eating less and/or exercising more.
Stop eating twinkies. Dieting and Exercising.
Yes , you lose weight since your body starts using stored fat as an energy source , but i dont advise it as a way of weight loss
Alcohol causes weight gain and therefore, by eliminating it from your diet, you will stop gaining the pounds from the said alcohol. However, if you do not exercise and have a balanced diet, you will not lose weight from eliminating alcohol.
You're 14!!! stop trying to lose weight.
no when you first start taking it you will lose a couple of pounds at first then the longer your on it you stop losing weight
Stop eating.
I think you have it backwards, snoring is a result of gaining weight... Lose the weight and you'll stop snoring...
i was wondering the same thing..not sure
