It is Very rare and expnxive to test for. It would be extremely unlikely to be tested for it, unless you were being tested specifically for mescaline alkaloid fro some reason maybe for certain suspicion of ingesting mescaline. But in that rare case it is somewhat contreversial but most all have settled on 3 anywhere between 3 and 7 days. I don't know, but it's usually not in a drug screen, Unless they do a spinal tap, They are not going to find it!

It really varies on how much was taken, and how fast your metabolism is. It normally takes about 8 to 24 hours so it is out pretty fast. Most drug screens don't test for it anyway.
