The most sever withdrawal symptoms will peak up to 48 hours after your last dose, and then start to gradually decline. If taken for more than a year straight, as with ANY opiate, you'll probably feel miserable for two weeks, but give it one month before you start to fell normal again. The longer you're taken them, and higher the dose is directly related to how soon you will feel "Normal. Except your sleep to be thrown off for several months. Suggest you do as much exercise as possible to shorten the time frame..
Generally, the negative effects of using hydrocodine do not linger longer than 48 to 72 hours after stopping regular moderate use. Irritability, nausea, loose stool and the addictive urge to use pass well within a week of ceasing to ingest the medication. The psychological desire can take longer depending on the individual.
Hello and thank you for your information. I am going through withdrawal as we speak and it's been pretty rough. The withdrawals started on Friday the 21st of November and it is now the 24 of November. Today is the first day I am starting to feel better. I am in severe pain but thanks to my pharmicist I am withdrawing. I knew I was addicted, absolutely. I have tried every other pain meds for my back (it has been a severe injury where correctional surgery can not be preformed, a 2500 pound Clydesdale horse flipped upside down on top of me, went into convulsions, kicking me all over including my head with his metal shoes, I nearly died) to no avail. The hydrocodone or vicoprophen is the only one that touches this pain. I was prescribed to take 1 every 4 hours for pain. I have ended up taking 4 at a time every 6 hours. Way too much, I know. So here I am, hurting badly in my back but withdrawing from the narcotic. Looking back at this, it hasn't been the worse thing Ive done in my life. Thanks for listening......luvmydrafts (drafts as in draft horses LOL)
To the best of my knowledge (and I'm not a doctor, though I have some experience in the matter) the worst of it should be over in about two weeks (possibly four or five days), though I suppose that depends on how high of usage you have maintained and for how long. You should be more or less completely over the withdrawals in a month or so. It's not a fun experience though.
There's also the taper off approach but that really only helps if you have access to more hydrocodone (or any other opiate). However in most cases if you had access to more you wouldn't be in withdrawals in the first place.
If the above suggestions aren't an option then being miserable for a while until it does subside is your best bet.
It usually takes 20 - 30 minutes for hydrocone (and similar drugs) to make its way through the blood stream enough to start experiencing some relief of pain.
It has a 3.8 to 6 hour half life. I have never "felt" it longer than 2 hours or so.
Howe long will they last
Actually, phenobarbital is used to ease withdrawal symptoms, especially from Benzos.
what can 10 tablets of dianxit do to a person ??
7-8 hours
No, the actual process of taking the acid will not produce withdrawal symptoms. Withdrawal symptoms appear when someone is trying to quit the drug, or go 'cold turkey.' quitting the use of any drug will cause withdrawal symptoms, it just depends on how often you used the drug, and for how long, to how severe the symptoms will be, and how long they will last for.

Cannabis isn't physicaly addictive, so you wont get any withdrawal symptoms.
It lasted about five to seven days with me and I had to use "perks" at the rate of 3or 4 aday
Withdrawals of Prozac may start within eight hours of stopping the medication. Withdrawal symptoms may last for six to eight weeks.
for most people, withdrawal effects peak during week 2 after quitting completely, improving thereafter. It helps to cut down slowly - be prepared for the process to take several months, and to still have a number of symptoms, especially quitting that last little bit. brain zaps were worst for me.
I completed my 4 month tapering off of remeron 1 month ago and I would like to know how long the withdrawals will last and when will I start to feel better, because I am feeling lousy now. Marijuana withdrawal differs from person to person and depends much on the psychological dependence of the person. Like quitting nicotine, the first day is relatively undifficult, but the withdrawal symptoms generally peak around the 3rd day and then decline from there. Physically, the THC stays in a person's fat cells for several months, although withdrawal symptoms should have long faded by then.
