Red meat can stay in your system 3 to 4 days after consumption and longer in digestive tract. If you are thinking of going vegan you can take a fast to clean your digestive tract out. The Nag Hamadi says to take a 7 day fast and for the cleaning out completely use an enema that is made up of distilled water placed in the sunshine until warm then apply each day starting with day 1 and on each consecutive day until the water comes out clean. This takes about three or four days but you wash your intestines out of meat residue. Make sure you hold the enema in as long as possible. Use distilled water for hydration during fast. You may also use fruit juice on this fast but it will take longer for residue to come clean. You must take care not to go beyond your limit with this fast. You can practice and build up to the fast but when you use the enema it should be with the seven day fast and not on practice runs. you will find the fast in the gospel of peace of The Nag Hamadi

How long does it take a horse to digest meat?

If a horse were to eat meat (which it does not, as it is a herbivore, not an omnivore or carnivore), it may take around 24 to 36 hours to digest it. Never feed a horse meat, because it is not a natural foodstuff and, as mentioned above, horses are plant-eaters, not meat-eaters.
