Thawed beef soup should be good refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.
You can keep egg drop soup for two or three days. Be sure not to leave it sitting out for too long, and to store it in the refrigerator.

I don't give it a chance to spoil. I use it up as quickly as possible. Also, it would depend on how long it has been sitting in the store.
It should be okay for a few days, I wouldn't eat it after a week though.
Store soup in airtight containers, in the refrigerator if you are going to eat it within a few days. If you store your soup in the freezer, in the container with a lid, it will last a lot longer, until you are ready for it.
Hot and sour soup will stay fresh at least two or three days in the refrigerator. The vegetables will be mushy if it is kept much longer.
