If this was an eBay transaction it might take four or five days. Some sellers use "standard flat rate shipping service" instead of telling you it's coming First Class, Media Mail or Priority Mail. The only "real" flat rate shipping is by Priority Mail and it should take 2-3 days from PA to NY.
When shopping online (non-Ebay) they ask that you allow up to a week. But, it usually takes just 1-3 days.
