6 weeks per my husband, an Air force retiree. Very recently extended to 8 weeks for combat readiness training, Chaplains and medical officers go to separate training.
Depends on what you are kicked out for. If it is not criminal you will probably get discharged with an administrative discharge. If it is more serious you could end up with an "other than honorable"...
