How long is the Korean history?

Korea has one of the longest history in Asia. It is about 6000 years old (estimated), and the written history is since B.C 2300s. Actually, Korea even conquered Japan for several hundred years (maybe that's why they are so mad about the fact that Japan once conquered them in the 1900s!).

they are now using their techs to jump up their world power.

Now they rank the 11th in economy power, and with this growth, it is considered to be the 2nd place in 2030s.

Korea never conquered Japan, it only conquered parts of Japan, most notably Tsushima island. Korea did however defeat Japan in the Imjin War and managed to destroy many Japanese pirate fleets during the Wokou Pirate Raids.

While South Korea does have a powerful economy (one of the G-20 major economies), it will probably never reach #2 due to the fact that its economic growth is hindered by its population size and its lack of Natural Resources.

Actually, it is said that Korea lasted for 5000 years, not 6000. And even then whether it lasted for 5000 years or not is unknown. Koreans are taught to believe that, but there is actually a lack of evidence to support it.
