This isn't an actual answer, but I hope you've taken him to a dentist. A child's teeth fall out when the root disolves. It's the new tooth underneath that causes the root to disolve. If the new tooth isn't there then there might be a problem.

These are called mamelons, and are worn down through eating as you grow up. For some though (including me) , these don't wear away, maybe because their teeth don't touch at the front. But they're completely normal and not to worry about. :)

Milk teeth are temporary because as the jaw grows we need bigger teeth to last a lifetime. Kids permanent teeth usually look big because their face still needs to grow.

they loose them like kids loose teeth it happened to my crab and its gross but hey we will have to give it to the clawfairy!
