Bad move! If you starve yourself, your body's instinctive reaction is that there must be a famine on and to retain all the weight it can.

The best way to lose weight is eat smaller portions! Try eating 4-5 small meals a day making sure your overall food intake is less. Make sure the food is healthy - less fats and sugars and more veggies and fruits.

Exercise is also a must. Try for a 15 minute walk 5 times a week for a start. Walk to the shops instead of taking the car.
