when you donate blood, you tend to loose energy because your body is using it up to rebuild your strength if you work out, you run the risk of passing out. you can work out but if you feel week don't try to push yourself too hard. eat healthy and rest until you have regained strength.
Not a good idea. Whilst you can have a gentle workout this should not be anywhere near what you used to do. After a few days you should be back to normal, but should take things easy during this time. Well done for giving blood!
A delay of 5 hours is suggested as an absolute minimum after giving blood before undertaking the lifting or moving of heavy weights.
However the majority of sources recommend waiting 24 hours after giving blood, before undertaking strenuous exercise.

A person has to wait atleast 24 hours after donating blood. I am saying this out of my own experience; I had a beer after i donated blood , and it was i believe 4 hours after the bood donation. I wasn't able to see any thing, it will weeken your eye sight. The worst part is that it will raise your blood pressure to extreme level. the worst thing to do after donating blood is consuming liqure...
It takes the marrow about that long to fully replace the blood. Donating too frequently will result in your blood being depleted in several important components.
