You shouldn't starve yourself at all. If you are concerned with your weight then just eat healthier. Get a proper balance of the food groups. Another thing to do is to drink water with your meals instead of soda,tea, or juice.You should also make sure that you eat a good healthy breakfast in the morning because eating breakfast makes your metabolism speed up and burn more of the food that you eat during the rest of the day.Also you could run or walk everyday or do other excercises.
