I would think dump cake would be best eaten on the same day of baking, but it should remain acceptable for a couple days.

∙ 15y agoThat will depend how it is stored. Covered and unrefrigerated, it won't be so good beyond 4 or 5 days. The time would be increased if the cake is refrigerated - perhaps up to a week or a little longer.
