I would think dump cake would be best eaten on the same day of baking, but it should remain acceptable for a couple days.
They will be okay for a few weeks, but the batter will not rise when cooked.

That will depend how it is stored. Covered and unrefrigerated, it won't be so good beyond 4 or 5 days. The time would be increased if the cake is refrigerated - perhaps up to a week or a little longer.
It will stay fresh for about 3days maybe? I'm not quite sure. Then after awhile it'll be drying out and not nearly so good.
