As long as anybody else would live, really. In all 5,000 years+ of recorded history, not a single case of cancer has been linked to marijuana use, if that's what you're wondering. Besides diminished lung capacity (although marginally so), pot smokers are otherwise as healthy as anybody else. Do your homework if you'd like to confirm the fact.
